Vodacom International roaming

Vodacom why is it so difficult to activate international roaming. . I have called your customer service 4 time now....was at Vodacom 4 u at Cresta yesterday and my son in Italy still cannot get his roaming working.....so inefficient . Cresta Vodacom 4 U were useless....deleted his data bundle without telling us....staff member was so unhelpful....I am at my wits end

Good day....to date i have not had the courtesy of a call to sort out my son's international roaming... pathetic service.. actually cannot complain as there is no service at all.....very upset
