Vodacom Internal Credit Score ( when does it increase )
My internal Vodacom credit score was reduced to a 4 due to been a bad payer!!! Since March 2022 I have settled my account on or before time and my account is up to date.
I contacted Vodacom in December 2022 to find out when my Vodacom internal credit score will be increased. All the members of staff at Vodacom that I spoke to could not help me at all. I would like some clarity on this matter!!! like dealing with headless chickens !!!???
