Vodacom Intel core i7

My Contact is due for a review I called in to Vodacom to see what the specs are on the Lenovo Intel Core I7 after multiple calls not one service consultant was able to give me the specs they all just Google Lenovo Intel Core i7 and gave me the first pop-up one advisor said it is the 320 and the other the 520 but nobody could put it on paper how can Vodacom be allowed to promote products to clients if they are not even able to give us the right information regarding the products the One consultant actually said in cases like this she would recommend it I just take it and if I don't like it when it comes then I must just return it I mean really what advice is that
