Vodacom Insurance/VodaSure appear to be ******** people off their hard earned money

Vodacom Insurance/VodaSure using CellSure administrators appear to be ******** people off their hard earned money. I first took a Vodacom Insurance NES*** in June 2015 for a Samsung device. Over the years i had moved to using a Huawei P9 which i have been happily using, unfortunately i lost my favourite device which i had for years. I submitted a claim against the policy and the most disturbing issue am being referred to policy terms and conditions which are non-existent on the Vodacom Cellphone Cover conditions since the lates policy documents were never sent to me as a contract holder. Since the Huawei P9 is claimed not to be available, am asking for replacement value then i can top-up to get another device i would be comfortable using. Am being sent from pillar to post, perhaps the aim for Vodacom Insurance is for myself to abandon the claim like the one i did on a tablet device(Policy#: VLD***) for my little brother. Enough ******** people of their hard earned money.

Vodacom's attitude towards customer is probably best described using the PleaseCallMe saga. It appears to be the modus operandi to **** people off their hard earned money and actually get away with it.
