VODACOM INSURANCE/FINERITE IS USELESS. FALSE ADVERTISING, YOU WILL NEVER GET A REPLACEMENT IN 48 HOURS..

Absolutely f###ed off!!! Phone broke over a week ago. Claimed from insurance same day. Vodacom Fourways told me the claim was submitted. i tried calling for 2 days to check up. so first day i called. after about 3 hours of on and off calling 2 numbers i have for vodacom insurance, a random guy answered the phone and said that cellsure is gone and this is a random phone thats ringing in this empty office. then i find out they have changed to finerite. the next day i call the call centre number for the 100th time now ( ********** ) and it goes to voicemail... i tried several times over hours. from 8 when i got to work till 3 i tried and eventually someone answered. only to tell me that Vodacom Fourways had not submitted my claim!!!! so the consultant in the store **** to my face!!! so anyway the woman gave me her email address and said i could send her my documents, so i did that and she never rep**** again. anyways this entire week was a battle of trying to get hold of them and them telling me they have not recieved anything. after emailing my documents for a third time to finerite, a woman tells me shes put the status to "recommend approval" but now i must take my time and petrol to a vodacom store, try call finerite again!!! which took 3 f##ken hours yesterday, so they can speak to a consultant about sending them an order form or some ****. *** VODACOM!! ***!!! the biggest joke is that im like the 1000th person to complain about the same ****!!! how can you expect your "VALUABLE CUSTOMERS" to go through all this kuk??? VODACOM INSURANCE IS A **** AND IS FALSELY ADVERTISED BECAUSE EVEN IF YOU HAD EFFICIENT CALL CENTRES, IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE YOUR NEW DEVICE IN 48 HOURS.. i have no back up phone and need the thing for work, its taken over 8 days now and im just so ****ed that after that whole process, i must still go to the store and try get hold of this useless call centre again...
