Vodacom Insurance won't allow me to cancel

This is specifically for Vodacom Insurance administered by Finrite.

Wow, wow, wow. What disgusting service and disregard for consumers. I began the process to cancel my insurance for my device in March 2019, because I had bundled all my devices under one insurance. So, I called in March and was told there were some issues with their phone lines blah blah etc. I was told they were going to fix it. So I gave it time. I called back in May and cancelled, after being on the line for 2 hours. End of the month the debit still goes off. I forget about it for a little and call back again in July. They say no this time we have really cancelled it. I wait, end of July the debit goes off. I call back, I get told it takes a month for it to update so for sure by August debit it will be off. End of August comes - I'm still getting debited!!! I called back and sat on the line, I wrote emails, I wrote to the ombuds but still nothing. I have been getting debited ever since.

Firstly, I have been a long standing customer, before even becoming a contract customer. I became a contract customer in 2013 or 2014 when I started working so it's been 6 years of loyalty.

I find Vodacoms conduct disgusting and disappointing to say the very least. Signing us up to your products is easy, you even badger us with call centre phone calls to take on more things we do not need. But when we want to change one little thing about our contracts, its impossible. Mind you my contract is over R1000 a month, so one of the higher end products, but still I get mistreated and sidelined and ******!!! Its my money, I want it back. All of it.

Also I will not be upgrading or renewing my contract which is due soon! You have put a very sour taste in my mouth and Finrite as well, both of you are careless. I spoke to countless consultants and emailed the same. Sies!
