Vodacom insurance will **** you live

I’ve never in my life been ****med like this but oh well I learned my lesson

I paid R435 for full comprehensive cover for my IPhone 13 Pro Max one month before contract ends I got ****** okay I claimed now they told me to pay 11k excess fee as the phone is discontinued or I must choose a cheaper phone Soo lets calculate R435x24 =R10 440 + R11750 excess that I paid to get another phone =R22 190 that I’ve given Vodacom

The phone i got was R32 000 soo in my years of paying insurance The insurance only helped me with R10 000 what a ******* but lesson learnt I’ll never ever play around anything that has the word vodacom
