Vodacom Insurance will not cover any broken phone (they will find any excuse). PLEASE BE CAREFULL!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>Please cancel your insurance contract with vodacom because they will not cover your claim no matter what. Please do your investigation and see for yourself. They fine print read that if you change your sim to any other phone your coverage will be lost. However, the premuims will still continue to go off your account no matter if you are covered.</p>
