Vodacom insurance trying to ***** me with my hard earned money.

After all the sob stories Vodacom insurance has sold to me, they now demand I cancel my insurance which they failed to provide me with the proof of inception date and they have been debiting me for years. This is the email I got. I put an insurance for the tablet which they never updated on their side and continued to debit me.
