Vodacom Insurance (Screen Insurance) a ****!!
Vodacom offered me screen insurance at R 20 per month the last time i upgraded. Policy is for claims upto R 2500. This was for an iphone 7.
I assumed this would be fine as previously my Iphone 6 screen cracked an cost R 2000 at Ifix/wefiix.
My screen cracked 20 months later. I took it into a repair centre. Get a call that my repair is a whopping R 7500. Thats more than a 20 month old iphone 7 is worth. The same repair at we fix is R 2000. I bought a black friday special for R 1200.
Basically the screen insurance is a ****.
