Vodacom Insurance - ********!!!!!

Do not ever take out insurance with Vodacom for your phone (device)! They are very quick to give you the benefits talk about having insurance on your device, but very conveniently don't advise you of the important finer details. When I purchased my phone on a new contract I advised them in store that I would be using my current number and not the number that came with the phone, they conveniently don't tell you that the device isn't covered if you don't regularly use the contract sim in the phone! I was smashed and grabbed and now I don't get covered because of a clause that was never explained to me. Insurance paid every month - basically Vodacom *****s from you!
