Vodacom Insurance ****

Vodacom is just doing everything in its power not to refund me and have my phone fixed. Their insirance company made a mistake with my policy and i am left to pay the price.

I call or contact them every week and all they do is just stall and tell you they escalating the matter but you hear absolutely nothing from them.

They messed up my insurance and now im sitting with a phone i cannot use and which i am still paying for every month.

THEY make mistakes and the CUSTOMER is made to PAY for their MISTAKES. Mistakes they admitted was theirs. their system cancelled both my insurance policies after i took it out. It then doubled the insurance on my one phone and left the other one completely cancelled. all this without my consent. I assumed everything was fine because the right amount went off my account every month and i had no reason to distrust Vodacom. But that trust is completely GONE now.

I found this mistake out when i wanted to have my phone fixed which was almost 2 months ago and Vodacom still does nothing. i have not received my refund and they have not fixed the insurance at all.

they keep lying to me by saying they will escalate but then they do nothing about the problem.

cannot wait to be done with this contract because VODACOM sucks really bad and they are so flippen expensive as well.
