Vodacom Insurance ****.

I had a mishap with my LG phone which broke the screen. As part of the deal which I had received from Vodacom, I was told there was one years free insurance. When I claimed they informed me I had cancelled the insurance. Why would I have cancelled FREE insurance. I have noticed other reviews stating this exact problem. I have started a WhatsApp group on ********** 857 for others who have been taken for a ride.

Thanks for your response. As per your advice I went to my service provider and spent almost 2 hours explaining my position. Eventually it was acknowledged that the insurance existed and I was promised a follow up within 48 hours. It is now over a week later and I have still not been contacted. Finrite are all about maximum delay and minimum service. I do regret that I started this deal and I advise anyone to rethink about getting involved with Vodacom. Your only way to get any response from them at all is via Hellopeter – those who don’t know about it are totally ignored.
