Vodacom insurance ****!

Vodacom are very dishonest with their services! I am not happy at all. My wifi had and S9 on a Vodacom contract that is on my name. Every one she calls have complained they cannot hear her propperly. I reported this to Vodacom about 10 or 20 times. Even when i was busy reporting it the porpblem occured of them not hearing me propperly. I wanted to cacel the contract and move to MTN, but at the end Vodacom convinced me to upgrade. So i did, hoping the issue of people not hearing me, would be fixed with the new phone. I received the new phone and made sure i still have insurance that i got from Vodacom. The problem persisted and Vodacom could not solve it for me. If i put my mtn simcard in the phone it works perfectly, but not with Vodacom. So i decided to take a chance and do a sim swap with Vodacom and to my supprise and relief it fixed the problem. So all was happiness again, but I also upgraded to a S21 and got a pink phone. That was all they had in stock at MTN. I swapped my wifes phone with mine for she had a grey one. I took Samsung care on my pink S21 and the grey S21 that Vodacom supp**** has Vodacom insurance.... or so i thought. My phone fell and the screen cracked. The grey S21. Now Vodacom is saying my MTN pink S21 that i have Samsung care on is insured with them and nopt the grey S21 they supp**** me with when i upgraded my wifes phone. So according to them i have double insurance on my pink S21 and nothing on the grey S21. Apparently i has to read through all the fine print on the terms and conditions,m because me doing a sim swap voided the insurance. and then i swaped that sim with a MTN simcard later again! I mean i want to claim on the phone they supp**** me with when i upgraded. Why would they go through such lenhts to tell me there are fine print i had to read before i sighned. I would strongly discourage anyone from taking Vodacom insurance. According to the last person i spoke to at the call centre, just by doing a sim swap with Vodacom voids the insurance!!!
