Vodacom Insurance ****** me

Worst experience ever, poor customer service and they do not deliver. I cancelled my insurance with them last year November and they continued to debit my account. I have called them several times for my refund and they keep saying it will be refunded till today. I don't know if this is the way to take money from the poor people I will never recommend Vodacom Insurance to anyone
