VODACOM INSURANCE REFUSING TO RECOVER MY ****** TABLET

My name is Pinkie. I am writing to register a complaint with the intention to seek your intervention. I have a contract tablet that I bought from Vodacom and it is ensured. The insurance is still active. The tablet was ****** in December 2016 whilst shopping for Christmas. I went to Vodacom to inform them with the intention to recover it through my insurance . My claim is unsuccessful because they say that the number that I have used is not the one that I have insured. I was advised by the consultant that I may use any Vodacom number that I may have as a result the number that I used is the one that I had in their system on my previous contract as an insured number. Now the IMEI they are saying it does not talk to the cell number that I have insured the tablet with. My argument is that, when I was insuring the phone I was never told of the terms and conditions and the schedule of my tablet insurance was never read, sent or given to me. I am still paying for the insurance but now they are refusing to recover my ****** tablet. Please help me.

Regards,

Pinkie
