Vodacom insurance refuse to repair my device

This is so frustrating, my iphone 5 went dead and doesn't want to switch on. I have handed in at Vodaworld, more than two weeks ago. When I called on Friday, I was told that this device is not a Vodacom device, what ******** is this??? I bought this device in Nigeria when I worked there, but was using it for more than 2 years on the Vodacom SA network, why is the insurance always playing ******** to repair???? I will not accept this, where do I complaint, I cannot wait for 20 days before going to the ombudsman? I will not accept this stupid comment!
