Vodacom Insurance refusal to pay claim

Vodacom Insurance is the most pathetic insurer on earth. My phone got ****** but because the my sim card was in the phone and not the Vodacom sim card due to a glitch on the phone that needed to be corrected and my wife having a low data package the refuse to pay although I am the owner of both contracts. My advise rather put your cellphones on your personal insurance and avoid Vodacom "********s" Insurance. There moto : We will take your money every month but replacing will not happen. Thank you for paying our CEO's bonus.
