Vodacom Insurance Policy documents outstanding

Good day,

I app**** for insurance 2 weeks ago for both my devices. Once I provided the consultant with my details I was told my policy documents will be emailed to me. I still haven't received my documents however the insurance details have been added to my bill.

When I inform the consultant from the call centre about this he informed me that it's not his fault that I haven't received the documentation because he cannot make Vodacom speed up the process for me.

Please assist.
