Vodacom insurance pathetic service!!!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel my insurance since August and the service i have received thus far is pathetic . To date i am still being billed with no clear explanation. Whenever i call i am told the cancellation has been loaded on the system and i will receive feedback...maybe this is just a script being read. I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for over 10years... clearly not valued though....
