Vodacom Insurance Pathetic Service
Written on behalf of my mother:
Phone was handed to Vodacom 15/06/2018 to repair cracked screen with insurance policy. After weeks of trying to track the progress, we finally got hold of someone and they advised that we need to pay an excess fee. on 27th June Jacqui Maboe advised that she managed to wave the excess fee and had sent the phone for repairs. Today 11/07/2018 I called to follow up and she advised that they will re-book the phone in for repairs but we will need to pay an excess fee.
Why does this need to be such a massive process to fix a cracked screen? I am extremely frustrated and if this isn't fixed within the next few days I will take my contracts elsewhere!
