Vodacom INSURANCE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been trying to cancel my Vodacom Insurance for 3 weeks now.
I phoned in to insure my new handset and the consultant insured ALL my other Vodacom accessories WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! I checked my Vodacom invoice and to my surprise my New Insurance bill is now over R 1000.00. I have tried to phone *** so many times 1. I'm on hold for 30 minutes then I get through to a Consultant, explain my query....Consultant puts me on hold and then drops the call.!!!!! 2. THEY DONT ANSWER AT ALL!!!!! 3. PROMISE TO CALL BACK AND NEVER DO!!!!!
Vodacom Insurance is PATHETIC and a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!! I'm posting this hoping someone will contact me and ACTUALLY ASSIST ME.
