Vodacom insurance - not worth it
My phone was ****** (iPhone 8), I went to vodacom, all my phones are insured with vodacom. I wanted the iPhone 15 as a replacement, I am more than willing to pay in the balance but No I can only get a iPhone 14. I have been a loyal customer and am disappointed by their decision to stop my choice. Be warned when you take out insurance with them they still control you. I am now considering moving all my business to another provider.
