VODACOM INSURANCE NIGHTMARE

Absolutely pathetic service from Vodacom Insurance. The back of my iphone cracked and this is the first time in +7 years that I have actually used my insurance, and it has been an absolute nightmare. They told me that the quote is R 9,000 just for the back of the phone to be replaced, then I asked them if the insurance will cover and they said they will need to get back to me, so far I have received over 10 calls from Vodacom Insurance and when I answer I can hear the lady speaking to someone else and doesnt even speak to me and then the phone cuts off, when I try to phone back the phone doesnt even ring. Now they say we havent accepted the quote and will be sending my phone back for collection without any repairs done to it. Absolutely ridiculous. I dont even know why I have insurance with them and even more so I dont know why I still stay with them. Will be switching to someone else. I dont recommend Vodacom to anyone!!!!
