Vodacom insurance look for reasons not to pay

I handed my phone in for screen repairs at vodacom and I have been paying an insurance premium since 2012. They phoned me and told me that they are not going to pay for the repairs because I use a different SIM card in that phone. What does it matter I have been paying the insurance for six years? It seems they are looking for reasons not to pay. I’m very disappointed and cancelled the insurance immediately. Whats the use of paying for something and then they just find a reason not to pay? And now I receive a sms that my phone is on the way back unrepaired. No one phoned me with a quote on how much it will be without insurance paying they just return it.

Pathetic service I will repair it somewhere else and insure it with someone professional who won’t just ***** my premiums for six years
