Vodacom insurance is useless
Having insurance with Vodacom...useless. never had a claim. When I took out my Red VIP contract on my S10+ they said that my 1st screen repair is for free. So my screen craced, with lockdown I could not send my phone in, now when I took it, they claim that I am not allowed to use my insurance for the repair because I did not use my phone. Absurd, very unhappy client.
