Vodacom Insurance is unreliable - I have been waiting over a month for a phone!

Unreliable Insurance Brokers - still waiting for a phone for a month! I have been waiting over a month to get a new phone from Finrite who administrate on behalf of Vodacom. My phone was sent in, i got an sms saying my claimed has been assessed and my phone cannot be repaired. I was advised that i could go into any vodacom and get a phone to the approved value. I have been to Vodacom on nurmerous occassions and everytime we call Finrite we are hold for up to 30 mins with no answer. I have called Finrite and spoken to numerous call centre agents who give me different stories. The last I heard was that I can go into any vodacom and the phone i requested would be there. I call Vodacom nearest to me and they advised that is not the case.

Hi There. Grace has been dealing with me much more politely since i asked her for her full name the day she was rude to me however i still do not have a phone. She advised me to go to the Vodacom at Blairgowrie Plaza as it is the closest to my house. When I got there once again we could not get through to Vodacom Insurance and Grace had not given me her contact number. I sent her a mail when i got home and she did call me back and gave me her contact number. I have not had a chance to go back to Vodacom due to all the loadshedding. Is it not possible to just call the Vodacom Blairgowrie - get their email address and send them an Insurance quote for the Huawei P20 Lite so all i have to do is go there and get the phone. It is really ridiculous that i have to keep running up and down to Vodacom stores.
