Vodacom Insurance is the worst of them all!!!

If i were possible to rate a company zero, the worst of the worst, I am even angry when typing this. You pay for insurance every month and when it's time to claim they send you from pillar to post. Their representatives don't even know what they are doing, if this is the service they deliver under supervision, God knows how *********** their supervisor is An ombudsman complaint does not even amuse them one bit, they just simply ignore it and continue with their sheer incompetence. I curse the day i established a relationship with this *********** company. Sickening!!!!!!!!
