Vodacom Insurance is *****ing my money

I had insurance for my 2x phones with Vodacom. Both my phone and my wife's phone was insured. I had to cancel the insurance due to a few reasons and I did this in February.

Nobody rep**** to my mail, I thought, it must be that they received and process it as this is a professional and well establish company. They only rep**** on the 1st of March. Which I believe was because they wanted to deduct another month of installment.

Nevertheless. I send in the forms to cancel. The end of the month came, and they deducted the insurance installment again. The next month came and it happened again. Low an behold April came and they deducted the installment again.

Al the while since the 8th of March I had send them mails informing them about there mistake and that they should refund me.

Nothing happened. Installments still went off... Only in the end of April they said the cancelation is now processed.

When I enquired to when will they refund me. The only answer I get is this

"Please kindly be advise we will revert back to you once the refund has been processed"

After 10 days I mailed again. No answer and no refund. After a couple of days I mailed again asking to speak with a supervisor. No answer and no reply.

In affect this is *****ing. I am extremely disappointed at the service of Vodacom Insurance. It left a bad taste.

I would not go back to them
