Vodacom insurance is robbing us our money..

I am still waiting for insurance consultant to contact me regarding my claim I made November 2018,the claim was approved as I received email confirming that, to my surprise when I get to the shop they says its still pending, up until today vodacom insurance is deducting the money monthly but no one helps me, they keep on saying they will contact me but to this point no one did, I am very disappointed on them..
