Vodacom insurance is ****MERS!!!

Really tired of Vodacom insurance!! I’m claiming for my Lenovo m8 and the store called insurance to do the quote. Cost price exp vat is 3299. And including vat is R3999. Insurance says their price is 4 thousand 100 and whatever, the dealer is not able to ring out the device because the prices differ. Insurance says there is a 9% markup added, and the store already stated on the total price of R3999 there is a markup! I once again spent 2 hours at the Vodacom store trying to have this claim processed. Happy what was rudely assisting us said there is nothing he can do, I mean the VODACOM system itself said the insurance price is wrong!! The useless manager Israel blames the Vodacom chatz blue valley mall and said they must contact their IT, what the hell!! All the Vodacom stores are selling that tablets for R3999, why does insurance have the wrong amount, they trying to rob me and make me pay a higher excess so that they end up paying less towards thr phone. I’m definitely going to Ombudsman for this!
