Vodacom Insurance is **** & cheat! I cancelled!!!

I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for years now, and in those years i think I've only probably claimed once because my phone was ******. Then unfortunately just before August my phone accidentally fell and the screen cracked.<br> <br> I sent it through to Vodacom repairs to be assessed and then a quote was sent back and for me to know that there was a quote i had to go personally on the Vodacom website to check for myself. Days went by as i had expected to receive feedback from Cellsure only to follow-up myself and discover that the imbeciles at the repair center had not forwarded through the quote to Insurance although i had diligently completed that damn form. So yes basically i had to wait longer because someone didn't do their job.<br> <br> Anyways, the insurance got back to me after a while only to inform me that they do not cover repairs (TO MY SURPRISE since policy wording says they do). So basically, i was given an ultimatum to either pay excess for a new phone or take a refurbished unit and still pay like ZAR 900.00 which i don't get because why have i been paying insurance for this long for me to get a refurbished unit and NOT get my pwn iPhone fixed and still have to pay like R900.
