Vodacom Insurance is beyond disappointing. I am disappointed.

I am beyond dissatisfied by Vodacom insurance, even after having been contacted their sales representative who promised to follow up on my matter and report back to me, nothing. I am a defeated Vodacom client. I don't even know when I will get my phone back, if ever.
