Vodacom insurance is a ****!!!!! 😡😡I'm supper ****ed!!!!

Vodacom insurance is a ****... You must NEVER Ever TAKAE IT!!!

About +/-6 months ago I received a call from vodacom explaining about their phone insurance so I took it because I needed it... Unfortunately I lost my phone in January 22nd. Blacklisted the phone with Vodacom and sumited all relevant documents. When i submitted all required documents.... they declined my claim because of one reason... They said the date I lost my phone doesn't correspond with the date when I last used the sim card... ( during the call when I was taking the insurance I explained to them that I'll only be using sim card when I need data and minutes loaded by them and they said that's okay) but now they are refusing to pay...

My question was are they insuring phone or sim card? They said both.. I'm demanding my claim to be approved because I've been paying for this insurance..

What's is disgusting me mostly is that I went to vodacom on the 4th of February 2023 stayed there for almost 4 hours without any progress they kept on asking for my documents (affidavit claim and ID copy) after sending those documents via email they'll veiw the email and block it... This happed 3 times.... Mind you at 1st before even going to vodacom they did the same thin twice

The following emails were given to me but blocked after sending my documents 1. *** 2. katlego. *** Emails were sent 2 times each Email... They confirmed that they received them but then again they blocked the email

I also requested call records of the day when I took the insurance and they said they'd get back to me but they didn't
