VODACOM INSURANCE IS A **** dont insure
my phone had a sim problem after i have fixed it . i called the guy who fix phones at vodashop .So before i could submit my phone for repair. my phone was ****** so when i tried to claim from vodacom insurance they declined my claim saying its my fault for not taking my phone for repair before it could be lost so they will not refund or allow me to claim .
