Vodacom insurance is a ****

I've insured my devices with vodacom since I got the phones paid all the premiums never missed not in arrears thinking that I'm covered only to find out that I'm not covered. I lost my devices and opened a case and when I claim vodacom they didn't know which devices was I covered for on top of that they declined my claim. I've went to vodacom shops called in no help. The only good thing is that my contact is expiring in two months so I will be canceling everything. It's obvious that they don't want my business anymore.
