Vodacom Insurance is a ****

I got insurance with Vodacom, when came to claim for the phone, I was to pay 15% of purchase price as excess (first they tried to make me pay 25% luckily I had a schedule). However they inflate the purchase price of the phone to calculate excess, they don’t base that percentage on actual purchase price. I had to pay this forged amount because I needed a phone. Later I emailed them over and over regarding this but they ignored that part of the email and sent new schedule for the new phone, even then they insist I unsure the phone for the increased purchased price, which isn’t what Vodacom shop currently sells the phone for. Until I canceled the insurance - even then, they responded to that cancellation request but continued to ignore request for refund or an explanation as to why on the schedule they don’t state that it’ll be 15% of the price they decide , instead of saying 15% of purchase price which isn’t what they do in the end, not sure if this is even lawful. But I’m very appalled by their lack of interest to even furnish an explanation.
