Vodacom insurance is a ****

Vodacom insurance is a ****. They take your money and make promises they do not keep. I took my phone in for repair last year 21 December. They could not fix it and told me to get a replacement in March. When I went to get the replacement, then they stared with all the hiddened clauses. 1. Excess is 15percent. 2. You can not get certain phones. 3. You can not have a betterment of more than R1500, even though you are paying. 4. You don't get the advertised price you have to pay a higher price cos it is an insurance claim. 5. You can only get the phone at the place you phone is in for repair. 6. You can not be paid out if you have already had to buy another phone cos they are taking too long. 7. Some silly telephone jockey can change your insured value and disallow your claim. 8. You are not allowed to talk to a supervisor. 9. You can ask for voice recordings, but you will never get them.
