Vodacom Insurance is a ****!

Vodacom insurace.. a huge ****!! I'm utterly disappointed to say the least. I've been paying Vodacom insurance for the past 2 & a half years faithfully. When my iphone had accidental damage at work I was told to come get a preowned iphone, That time insured I'm for R15k. When I disputed it, the consulted told me that that's just how it works and that's that. She was also insanely rude for a service consultant. They then told me about an indemnity that they enforced when I asked them when did it start it just so happens to be on the date I made a claim lol. They then agree to give me a brand new iphone at the same insured value amount but I'd have to pay an additional fee of R3,2k plus access fee of R17k and they are excuse was the phone that I chose is currently on sale so it's not worth that amount but funny enough if anyone in SA walked into their store and bought that phone today, that would be its value. Vodacom insurance is a huge ****. They are giving countless excuses and ****ming people. I'm also going to report them to the ombudsman
