Vodacom insurance frustrations ****ed

I wrote to Hello Peter 3 weeks back no respond. Complain. I've been treated unfairly by vodacom insurance they refuse to pay for my lost phone. I send my phone to vodacom on April last year it went to repair more than 3 times for almost 2 months everytime when it gets back the speaker was not working properly for 3 time I called them that according to my knowledge it wasn't suppose it was not supposed to go to for more than 2 times I complained to them cause I was going to take them to court they told me they will replace the phone I bought the phone put cause the phone was not working properly in and out from repairs for almost 2 to 3 months I put my Sim on my new phone because of their service the phone was knocked down by a car it was beyond repair. When I complained they send a new phone that phone was not looking new it was not in the box I experienced the same problem cutting calls speaker not working I continued using that the speaker was not working. On December 2019 I was ****** they approved the claim they told me to go to the store to collect they changed they say they can't because I changed the Sim. Yes I did if they have gave me the working phone now your blaming me for changing Sim they didn't give me the loan phone I bought a phone where I was supposed to put my Sim when they were busy sending my phone for 2 to 3 months now they must pay the refuse now I think I must consult a lawyer
