Vodacom insurance **********

Vodacom insurance doesn't answer phones, no response on emails, repudiates a claim without a reason and then you cannot get hold of them at all, it is **********, a rip-off and ****. Vodacom customer service and repairs only state they cannot do anything. This is nonsense as we take out the insurance with YOU, YOU are thus responsible and if Vodacom themselves cannot get hold of the insurance company, what does that say for Vodacom, are in involved in the *****?
