vodacom insurance *****

been paying insurance on my phone for the last 3 years. In February i put my sim into another phone as my Nokia 1020 ran out of storage and dosnt have a memory expansion slot. Vodacom knew that my sim had changed in my phone. They can even tell me the exact date and time but continued to charge me the insurance premiumfor march and april. when i loose me phone in april they say sorry for you, you changed the Sim. But surely if they knew the sim had changed and this would make the insurance null and void then why continue to charge me. By charging me the premium each month after knowing the sim had changed this says to me that my phone is still insured. Vodacom you have lost me as a customer. Im sure i am a nobody to you. So im going to silently make a protest and not renew any of my contracts. And judging by the other complaints on this site alone many others are going away silently aswell. Lots of customers silently leaving is going to be deafening.
