Vodacom Insurance for handsets impossible to cancel!
I have been trying for 4 months to cancel my Vodacom Cell phone insurance on 2 contracts.These policies have still not been cancelled, after they sent me a mail confirming it had?? You cant speak to Insurance directly even Vodacom Call Centre can't, you have to send e-mails. It is pathetic, should I reverse my whole Vodacom debit order just to get action on the insurance?
