Firstly around Christmas i witnessed my wife break both of her phones. They were cheap. I decided that i need to urgently insure my phone as it is close to R20 000.00

I got a quote off vodacoms website and was never contacted even though i tried twice.

Eventually i phoned Vodacom insurance and they contacted me.

I filled out the necessary documents and by the 10th of Jan no answer. I app**** again and by the 16th Jan received no answer. I eventually called and was told i will receive an email within 48 hours. Today i called again - 15 minute phone call and was finally told it was declined as i should have taken out insurance in August when i got the phone.

Shocking service / shocking company / states nothing in the application form of this/ Not in vodacoms contract or anywhere.

I have since Joined Loom Mobile Insurance they ask for photos of your phone all is sorted.
