Vodacom Insurance (Finrite) - Be careful. Use your own insurance rather

For everyone reading this, please be very careful when considering taking out Insurance through Vodacom, underwritten by Finrite. They find every possible reason not to pay for a claim. In my case I was accused of misrepresentation even after taking the advise from the Vodacom repair agents. Everything was done above board, but they have absolutely no intention of listing or considering that I may just be telling the truth. And there is no way of taking this further. Really disappointed.
