Vodacom Insurance- Finrite
Vodacom insurance controlled by Finrite. Cant get through telephonically for days. Just keeps you on hold for 30 mins and cuts off. ********** and their direct number does the same thing. Unanswered emails!! Extremely frustrating. I have gone into the Vodacom store and submitted the claim and nothing!! It’s been almost two weeks!! Vodacom- you are quick to debit the monthly insurance installments but useless in providing the service when needed!!
