Vodacom insurance
I have insurance with Vodacom which I was never explained about T & Cs, now my tablet is giving me issues and Vodacom insurance declined my claim due to not using correct number. Now I am stuck with insurance that I cannot claim but yet I am paying for it. I am asking for Vodacom to refund me my insurance money or to fix my device. It is not my fault that I was never told about T & Cs

Thank you very much for your response
I agree that it is it is also my responsibility to read Terms and Conditions of the contract. In this case, the T& C documents were not even given to me. I was only given two or three pages containing my contacts details, description of the item purchased and the price to pay. I only signed those documents, please check with Hartbee****rt branch, the documents I have signed.
In an artshell, when i say i was not aware of the T & C , this mean, they were not given to me when i took a contract. The insurance once requested for the documents, the person who was helping me agreed that this was not my fault, but the Vodacom store fault. Now I am told that the guy who assisted me is no longer working for Vodacom. The question now is, what does that has to do with me?
Thank you very much for your response
