Vodacom Insurance
Attention Mr. Shameel Joosub & Eunice Insurance Department!!!!!
It is with great regret that I find myself having to do this again, on the 17th of September I found myself having to come to Hello Peter for help with a device that had been upgraded and was not working!! This upgrade was done on the 18th Aug 2021 were on the same day I called the insurance department to cancel my insurance as it is much cheaper to have it on my household insurance. After many phone calls and emails bouncing up and down over the 4 months, my insurance was canceled,
Sept. R286.09 and given a pro-rata rebate of R276.55 this is what I was told by Ethabiseng in the insurance department. which I don't understand as it was canceled in August?? October charged R286.09 November was charged R286.09 was given a rebate of R276.55 why a pro-rata rebate, even though my insurance was canceled on 18 Aug 2021. Mica Loretz (Manager Meyerdal Store) and I have been trying to sort this out for 4 months with no feedback from Graisha Ttsotetsi, Tsepho said we needed to escalate this to Eunice Insurance Department said she has received no email which I a lie I have proof of all emails sent to her and many in her department never mind all the calls from the store and myself. I want this sorted out immediately, I have had enough of the bad service that it Vodacom!!!!!! I am expecting my refunds accordingly with a full detailed explanation also I want this done immediately I am not waiting 30 days as they told me in the insurance department you are quick to take my money never quick to give it back.
In my 26 years with Vodacom I have never received such bad service all over an upgrade I now wish I never did.
