VODACOM INSURANCE DOUBLE CHARGE 4 MONTHS REF NO:VCPOL***2

I am totally disgusted with Vodacom Insurance, one of my cell phone contracts i have been double billed for Insurance for the last 4 months , i call every month and get promised that they will fix as it was done in error. I need this money reversed , refunded or my account credited. I am tired of calling Vodacom insurance department as it is clear they can`t assist me. The last reference no i received was VCPLOL***2..
