Vodacom insurance do not walk the talk

Vodacom vredenburg has submitted my insurance claim ref no 20553 on 31st January 2018 and i have never received any information whether it had been approved or not i tried to call 082 152 on 01 February and i was promised to be called back as seems not to have my information on their system until today i am still waiting for that call
